What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give a free estimate on what the job is going to cost. if they want to move forward I ask for a deposit so I can draw a design and have them approve and sign to get the project started
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to school and took welding classes to become a welder in the shipyard
