Buyers always pay nothing! Sellers we negotiate the best rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing we like to do is meet with new clients to introduce ourselves and see how we can meet your needs. Set realistic expectations and provide insight whenever possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified Real Estate Salesperson with the State of California (DRE 02065620). Also, hold designations for VA loans and FHA loans. Every quarter I attend several training sessions with the San Diego Association of REALTORS.
