Introduction: I'm Anthony Reanue with Tidal Realty. My goal is to provide my clients with the best experience possible. I had the personal pleasure of Mr. Reanue being my realtor. When I first spoke to Anthony, I told him that I was looking for homes that were VA eligible, but more importantly I was looking for a place I could call home. Anthony was not only imperturbable but he took time to understand my vision. I told him that me and my wife were at a comfortable place where we wanted to start a family, so schools and and near by parks would be a focal point when it came to location. There were many, many, many questions I had with regards to owning a home and the responsibilities that came with it. I cannot think of a time nor point where Anthony could not answer any questions. Not only that he made it relatable for me to grasp new concepts such as easements ( which was the case for me) and HOA policies that were in my area (which I was very surprised about). Anthony you’re the best I will recommend you to anyone Single or married looking for a home. My anchor realtor.

Mr. Renue has made this home buying process so stress free. We just purchased our first home and couldn’t be more excited. Thanks to Mr. Renue, we seen our house on the market for one day and he was able to set up access to visit twice the next day and the following. He is Very knowledgeable about the properties. Any questions we had he would answer on the spot, or get back with us within 24 hours or less with an answer. Being in the military, many agents are out to get a sale from you cause they know you are a guarantee home buyer with no set backs. However with Mr. Renue, we felt no pressure at all to buy quickly. He allowed us to take our time and always kept in contact. Mr. Renue was very informative of the military loans and process in home buying being in the military. We definitely learned a lot from him and will continue recommending him to friends and family. He is truly genuine agent and has become a good friend in business . He keeps you in the loop of any housing updates as well as the home market. His honesty brought us comfort and we were glad we switch agents, and got in contact with Mr. Renue. We plan to keep in touch for our next buy!

Anthony was extremely helpful with the sell of my condo and purchase of my new house. He was referred to me by a friend who said he was honest and genuine. That was an understatement. He provided a photographer for professional photos and another for a virtual tour. It all happened quickly and started with him coming with a report about our local market. Buyers always pay nothing! Sellers we negotiate the best rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing we like to do is meet with new clients to introduce ourselves and see how we can meet your needs. Set realistic expectations and provide insight whenever possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified Real Estate Salesperson with the State of California (DRE 02065620). Also, hold designations for VA loans and FHA loans. Every quarter I attend several training sessions with the San Diego Association of REALTORS.
