Introduction: I perfrom my work as a real estate consultant; not as a salesperson. I've been involved in real estate for nearly 20 years - my entire career -- in several different sectors. My career began as a City Planner, including working for the City of San Francisco and the Government of the Cayman Islands. Over time, I leveraged that experience to working with developers for project approvals. In today's work, I use that consultative approach to bring my clients the very best level of knowledge, service, and project management to ensure thorough representation of buyers an sellers of many types of property in San Francisco. We live in one of the most dynamic places for real estate in the world. To be involved in this business in this time and place is exhilarating. That I have stayed in the business through various up-cycles and down-cycles demonstrates a commitment to the practice and the City we call home.
