Pros: Relaxing and clean ambience with professionals who know what they are doing. Respectful and honest service in a very pleasant area.
Cons: None so far.
Every last Saturday of the month, I stop by Bisou lounge for my monthly mani/pedi appointment. I generally arrive around noonish so that I can guarantee a seat in her busy salon however, I occasionally have to wait a minute or two.
The service at Bisou is always top notch. I generally get the "Choco-therapy" Manicure/Pedicure with a few add-ons such as callus care. Since I have been going there for the last 3 years, the team knows how my nails grow and since the products they use are all organic I feel at ease. I honestly wasn’t used to someone else touching my feet but they made me feel very relaxed and welcome and I haven’t stopped going there since. Even when I am late, they find ways to accommodate me if it doesn’t disrupt their hectic schedule.
They accept, all credit cards, cash and even use square which I like very much. The area of service is very hygienic and the chairs are very comfortable.
Overall, my experience at Bisou has been nothing but positive. I highly recommend the salon to other patrons and would be very surprised if anyone was ever unhappy with their second to none service and hospitality.
