- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates: $25 per walk / week days $35 per walk/ weekends $65 pet sitting/ night
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet them both at the same time and normally after a few minutes I like to walk with them around the neighborhood to make he or she feel safe and also because when they walk with the owner I am able to see how the dog responds to the orders and how he or she interacts with people and more dogs. Some dogs may need special care inside of the car or during the walk. I take time to get to know the dog so I can place the dog in a group that best matches her or his size and temperament.
