Introduction: Lara Onac Photography is inspired by radiant natural light, bright colors and photographing real, raw and authentic moments that capture people's stories and personalities. My approach to photography is calmed and relaxed and I capture candid moments instead of overly posed. Love and emotion are what really inspire me. My goal is to create images that are both visually and emotionally compelling but without losing authenticity. What is essential to me is that you can simply be yourself. I strive to give my clients my highest quality of work and to create an experience and friendship that lasts long after you receive your images. I booked Lara to take my engagement photos. I'm usually awkward in front of the camera but she made my husband and me feel very comfortable. She was able to get some amazing pictures of us, some romantic, others fun, serious, etc. I was crunched for time and unfortunately didn't take her up on her offer to meet at one of the better locations she suggested: Fort Funston or Chrissy Field. Instead, we shot on the sidewalk in front of our apartment building. The pictures turned out better than I could have ever expected! Lara was such a pleasure to work with. She sent us the digital copies almost immediately (I'm sure there were a few she chose not to send, eyes closed, etc.).

When I was a teenager I discovered my passion for photography. Instantly I knew we were meant to be together.
