- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically provide a flat rate estimate so that there is a clear indication of what the total cost will be to the customer. We work hard to meet customers budgeting needs, while still maintaining work quality. We offer Military/Veteran and First Responder discounts on labor and materials. Subject to verification.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial call will be made to discuss the customer's needs. If it is a service we can provide, a jobsite walkthrough will be scheduled to inspect and thoroughly discuss the details for the job. If it is a service we do not provide, we will inform the customer up front so that their time is not wasted. In some cases, we can make recommendations for other Pros that do provide the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a small team of skilled journey-level individuals, each with a wide range of experience gained from both professional civilian employment/apprenticeships and applicable military service. Our specialties include General Building and Vertical Construction, Electrical and Data, Plumbing and Water Systems, Heavy Equipment Operation, and Locks and Security.
