I greatly enjoy meeting new people and helping to do anything I can to make sure travelers have their expectations exceeded. Travelers are often on vacation and experiencing a location for the first (and perhaps only) time and it's really important that they have the best experience possible. Anything less than 5 stars is unacceptable
