Finding IT Solutions has saved both of my PC computers as well as my iphone despite multiple hardware, software and virus issues all happening in unison which caused total crisis. Mike Stein patiently fixed everything. He also came to the rescue by helping me to reset all my passwords and secure all my data when someone hacked into my computer. I trust Mike Stein more than any other IT professional I have ever worked with. He is fair, incredibly diligent about backing up data in multiple places before making any changes and he troubleshoots to identify a plan before executing so there is always a Plan B and you know what he is doing at all times as well as the rationale for it. I have known Mike for about 10 years and I trust him in my home, with my child and with my data. Truly a lifesaver!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Senior (65 and older) discount of 10%. New customers use coupon code NEW10 for a 10% new customer discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to spend time to understand as best I can what you are looking for. Until I understand that I cannot really talk to you about solutions. Once past that I will offer at least a couple of options and their costs. I will always allow you time to decide.
