- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge based on the service you'd like. I offer packages like full service (6 months - 1 year in advance), partial planning, day-of, etc. It really depends on what you need/want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically would like to set up an initial phone call with interested clients to get a better sense of the event/ wedding they have in mind and then make sure we are a good fit. Then let the magic begin!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a Communications and Psychology double major from UC Davis. Both those fields of study have prepared me significantly for working with people. I was also an account manager in both my last roles in tech (one in the recruiting field and the second at an app start up) so I have heavy experience working in clients and making sure their events were successful.
