FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $40/hour for a 30 minute session and $75 for an hour long session. To maximize fat loss I recommend doing several sessions a week, but I will give you workouts to complete between our sessions and will check in with you via text to see if you need any additional encouragement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give people a small packet to fill out so we have clear expectations and goals. One I get to know you and your goals I will create an individualized plan. Do you have a deadline? Let's meet it! Are you more focused on the long term progress? Let's take it slow. Every client is different, I am here to identify your strengths to work towards your best self.
