- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50 per hour from 8:00AM to 5:00 PM with minimum of 2 hours of work or $100. If client requests any job after 5 PM through 11:59 PM, $60 per hour with minimum 2 hours of work or $120. Please respect traffic and after operational hours. Thanks and look forward to work and fix your house issues.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking clients what's exactly he/she wants to be done...Then I'll plan my best to lay out all work orders by organizing precisely to prevent mistakes or errors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have B.S. degree in the International Business Logistics. I've been working in this field for more than 16 years. After the former employer offered me for a relocation, I turned it down to stay in the beautiful Bay Area. Therefore, I changed my career by working with my friends in general construction industry and learn enough by combining my skills, talents and experience. Therefore, I signed up with the City of San Jose, CA to be a handyman. Moreover, I can, build, fix or replace most of items in and out of your house with decent price and cost. In addition, I love tools so much to make the jobs meeting the deadline faster and easier.
