I have been a client of Crystal's since 2010, and she has never disappointed. Crystal and her team at Amazae Events go above and beyond to make sure your event turns out as flawless as possible and goes off without a hitch. The main point of a planner is to make your life easier the day of an event, and they do just that. I've hired them for multiple events (corporate, social, as well as my sisters wedding), and have always been able to enjoy myself as a guest would versus feeling like a host. She has great relationships with all her vendors, streamlining communication so that everything stays in order. Crystal builds relationships with her clients the same way she has her vendors. Over the years Crystal has become a friend, but puts her heart in each event the same way even if its that of a new client.

    Packages are customized based on clients needs starting from $1750. Wedding coordination pricing starts at $4,000

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We love getting to know those interested in us! We start by inviting you to a (complimentary) consultation. We want you tell us more about your event plans + ideas + expectations as well as give you more details and insight into our services. We are very unique in our pricing as we do not have pre-set packages. We put together fully custom proposals for you based on your unique needs and event. To give you a quick high level, we do offer services in coordination and logistics, which is what many people consider month or or day of coordination. Our coordination services are a bit more inclusive than that, and we assist with all things logistics throughout the planning process, not just the month before or day of. We also offer services for planning & vendor referrals and management as well as full event design. We are located in San Jose in downtown Willow Glen and would love to meet with you in person! If not, we would be happy to schedule your consultation via phone or FaceTime. We are so excited for your upcoming event and cannot wait to create something amazing!
