- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mainly you pay less per hour with larger packages. This "advance purchase discount" concept was introduced by my service to SLO county and is now the industry standard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening first. Discussing goals. Getting started right away with the first appointment to solve the problem and get you back on track. A study skills assessement created by our founder is required for the guarantees. We make sure you learn how to improve your ability to show teachers what you know, which means everything from taking notes, test prep, and overcoming test anxiety.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the founder I am also a tutor with over 25 years experience. I created the study skills program and invented the Guaranteed Plans. Along with experience my education includes a double major in Chem and Biochem from Cal Poly SLO, two years of medical school, and 6 years in Environmental Chem at the Ph.D. program at UNLV.
