- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending if if the service requires 24/7 on call care or care plan we work together to create a suitable price. Payment plants and discounts are accepted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have the client fill out a detailed pet care sheet in regards to the pets history, care, and housing. I set up a meeting with the owner and pet so we all can become best friends. From here we come up with a plan whether it be for regular basic care, close care and monitoring of a sick pet, or help setting up your pet for a long and healthy life! Included in every process is a pet care sheet including the basics as well as all of the possible illnesses/ what to look for/ how to prevent for the type of animal. I also make a daily monitoring care booklet for the owner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 9 years experience taking care of reptiles and amphibians. My experience includes working with: monitor lizards, chameleons, frogs, desert lizards ( uromastyx, chuckwallas, to name a few), geckos, and frilled neck lizards. I am knowledgeable about diseases, illnesses, and correct husbandry for all reptiles. I have direct relationships with veterinary technicians which I can contact 24/7.
