Intuitive Acupuncture

Introduction: In my acupuncture clinic I place an emphasis on patient education and empowering patients to make good health decisions. I have a profound desire for my patients to heal and I view myself as a guide in each patient’s path to heal themselves: although I give my patient’s tools, in the end it is the patient’s body and mind that heals the disease. I am approachable and non-judgmental; there are no conditions that carry stigma in my practice and you can feel comfortable sharing information in a respectful and confidential environment. I strive to treat each of my patients with dignity, compassion, and a sincere desire to help. I look forward to working with you on your path to health. Acupuncture’s 3000-year-old roots have shaped it as a system of medicine that tailors treatments to each patient individually and hinges on communication between patient and acupuncturist. In this holistic evaluation of illness, acupuncturists are guided by what feels right naturally for the patient and what they sense intuitively about the illness. The name Intuitive Acupuncture is an acknowledgement of this practice, of the art of understanding another person and treating patients as individuals.
