I have a per task price list for easy job estimates and customer friendly fully detailed invoices for a streamline installation from start to cleanup.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with the customer over the phone and set a date to meet them at their local Home Depot, or if they are pressed for time or work schedule does not permit, I will send them an official Home Depot shopping list that they can show the pro desk or customer service at the store and Depot will get them checked out super fast and easy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years of residential and commercial electrical and residential journeyman certification.
