Habitas did a number of projects for us. His work is outstanding, he goes above and beyond to ensure that the details are taken care of and the job looks as good in 10 years as it does when its first finished. Habilas planned and executed the following projects, all came in on budget. In addition, Steve is very knowledgeable about architecture and building construction overall, so his advice is sound and he has a great eye! He is a pleasure to work with as well.
Projects: 1.renovation of a basement, including addition of a bathroom, shelving throughout, masonry work, custom cabinetry and pairing; 2. Enclosure of sunroom, including installation of new wood flooring, moldings, window seat, Sheetrock and pairing; 3. Designing and installing cabinets and countertops in pantry, tile installation in kitchen including leveling old wood flooring underneath 4 custom woodwork for various shlving and built in projects

Wonderful workmanship, completed timely and exceeded my expectations. This project was a butlers pantry that needed updating with new design and cabinetry. He made the design, added nice details and now functions better and looks great.

We hired Stephen to assemble IKEA furniture and I could not have been happier with his professionalism. He arrived on time and was incredibly polite, patient and meticulous about his work. I feel very lucky to have had his help and would definitely hire him for any future home projects.
