- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge by the hour,unless it is a big project then I will charge accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will contact the customer first and get a better idea of what their issue is. Then if it is something we can fix for them we will setup a time to come to see the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years in the IT field. I have training in anything from Front End Desktop support to back end server support. I am trained in Desktop Support Administration and Windows Systems Administration.
