- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am never concerned about the money. I am very flexible to a point. I value my services and try and make a point to relay that appreciation on to my potential customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I never charge up front. I always take some time getting to know my customer (of course being sensitive to timing) then set up a no fee quick evaluation of the issue then provide a comprehensive analysis of the next step going forward and some type of concrete pricing if possible. When it is not possible to give a firm price I will give a (not to exceed) range.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Spent 6 years in University and Community College. in addition spent 3 years in IT specific classes - Cisco, Microsoft, Linux, Brocade, Google and VMWare
