At first I was a little let down by this two star rating and lacked the immediate recollection of a less than stellar interaction that may have deserved it. Laura initially reached out and put me in touch to coordinate with her husband Raffael. Raffael's a super cool and laid back guy! He walked me through the work helped define the goals and left me to finish. This work entailed Mounting a 55" Flat Screen to my clients desired location. As-well as replacing a ceiling mounted light fixture above the dining table. Raffael had some questions regarding dry wall mounting. I shared what I think to be the best mounting systems and kicked him down several drywall anchors. This work took 3.5 hrs and cost $155. Everything was mounted per my clients request and installed correctly, with out damage or issue. There were a couple additional tasks that Raffael shared with me. Primarily hanging art work. I think I went over the allotted time and was informed that that was all we had time for that day. None the less it was a pleasure working with Raffael and would definitely make my self available to help him and the family with future projects!
