Thank you Royal Pro Cleaning Services! They cleaned my duplex after I moved out and it looked amazing! Which is quite a hard job to do because it was built in the 1900s, and no matter what you do, it NEVER looks clean. I don't know how they did it! I have two dogs so I wanted to be sure it was left extra nice for my landlord. They cleaned all the appliances (inside and out), inside and outside of the cabinets, and shampooed the carpets. I can't wait for them to come back and clean my new house! I would recommend them to any of my family and friends. After I hired them, I talked to some friends and it turns out they had hired them too, and also had a great experience, small world! We received an estimate for a deep clean of our house for $190. When they arrived (an hour late) they told us it would cost $250 for basic cleaning and $350 if we had them clean the walls and the blinds, which is a lot more than the initial estimate online. We had them clean anyway. In general they did a good job. However, when we did our walkthrough at the end with them, none of the blinds had been cleaned and the walls had only been quickly wiped down, leaving many scuffs that we had expected them to clean. We pointed these things out to the workers, who spoke only a little English, and they did some of it quickly in front of us—spending 10 seconds on each window to do a less than perfect job. In the end, we didn’t receive the quality of job we were expecting and were still charged the entire amount. “Deep cleaning” to us meant something more than a quick swipe. Note on the pictures: these were all taken after the cleaners had finished. Cleaning the blinds, doors, and walls was (supposed to be) included. And they knocked down the top of the chandelier and denied it.Jun 10, 2018Verified
UPDATE!!! They are writing fake reviews!!! The same day I posted this negative review to here and facebook (see review pictures) MAGICALLY another "customer" had an experience that contradicted what our review said! I hate to think that people are hiring them based on their reviews if they are not valid, just as I did. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Do not hire these people. We had something come up last minute, our daughter had a very bad flare or eczema and we had to take her to the doctor and were forced to cancel because we didn't get a chance to clean up (we were doing a deep clean not a whole house cleaning) only to get a very rude call telling us we either reschedule or will be charged which we understood after looking over their policy. My wife really wanted the service because it was her mother's day gift and told me to reschedule but we were completely thrown off when the lady on the line accused us of lying! She told us there was nothing wrong with our daughter and I was in shock. My wife immediately told us to cancel and just let them charge us the $80. Never felt so disrespected. Anyone who talks to a customer like that I would not want in my home. Never again. We had already told a few people after mother's day about the house cleaning and they also were looking and we had told them we would let them know how it goes, but after this there is no way I'm recommending them.May 21, 2017VerifiedRoyal Pro Cleaning Services's reply
We always value feedback from our clients even if the feedback is one sided and vicious. We have received several hundred reviews over the years and this one is near the top of the list for being unique. There are always two sides to every story and in this case there is not enough space to share all the details. I will say however, that NO employee of any company should ever have to endure the horrible profanity like ours did that day. We immediately contacted the Thumbtack Team to discuss what had happened and to ask for their help. During this call Thumbtack discovered that Zack Loder for some reason had deleted his Thumbtack account immediately after he left his horrible review of our company. It was also discovered that Zack Loder had two different Thumbtack accounts with different names, Jack L. and Juan Valdez both belonging to the same person. Our employees work extremely hard every day of the year to make our clients "Special" and to make sure that they are completely satisfied at any expense. This is what our company stands for and we are a very grateful and humble company with an amazing team and we genuinely appreciate all our clients immensely, thank you:)

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?A lot of our competitors quote prices using the "cost per hour" method and you never really know where you will end up. We quote the price for your cleaning and don't leave until the job is complete and you are 100% satisfied. We discount for all recurring services as we are very grateful for your trust in us. The quote we give you with your first request is based on the details you listed in your request for services. These charges can change based on conditions and accuracy of the details provided ie., extra bathrooms, extra kitchen, conditions etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We first evaluate exactly what our new client is looking for to ensure that we fully understand all of their expectations and pet peeves. We can also schedule a FREE on-site estimate with our client if they feel that would make them more comfortable, or we can also create a lot of comfort over the phone as well depending on their preference. Our goal is to ensure that our customers get a completely customized estimate to suit their needs and their budget. When our team arrives at the property the very first time we do a full walk-thru of the home together with the home owner to fully understand and appreciate all expectations and special directions or requests. Once the cleaning services have been completed we ask our client to perform a full walk-thru of their home again to ensure that their expectations were fully met and that they are 100% satisfied with our performance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?C.M.C. Cleaning Master Class, CSS, Customer Service Skills training classes. We are constantly keeping up with all of the latest techniques and chemicals on the market to ensure that we always use the very best and safest equipment and supplies available for all of our employees and clients. All of our staff members are well developed and participate with on-going training with "best practice procedures" and safety training. Our training and education never stops as we always strive to be more efficient with all of our services and our daily tasks:)
