FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a great value. I am newer to Thumbtack, so right now, I am keeping my price on the lower end of the spectrum. Depending on the photography genre, I charge between $150-250, which includes a 1 to 1.5 hour photoshoot, all photos, edits, and editing time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whatever you're most comfortable with! We can meet before the shoot to discuss your expectations and get to know each other a little. Or if you're short on time, we can talk on the phone, text, or simply book the shoot. At the shoot itself, I like to be flexible: if you want to participate creatively, that's great! If you want me to take charge and tell you what to do, I can do that too. We'll have a good time and I'll take a large number of photos, to give you choices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts, emphasis in painting, and several years of self-taught photography experience.
