I had a big problem with my hard drive that crashed. And I couldn't access anything. I worked on it for a few days and I couldn't get anywhere with it. Finally I hit the button and I found Ryan. He came over and hit my hard drive back up and running in a day so the price was pretty good and I'm pretty happy.

I had a printer which was no longer "linked" to my PC. Ryan was very prompt in responding to my request for assistance. He was able to diagnose and correct the problem in less than 30 min. He also identified that I needed better malware protection and took care of that. Finally, he was able to improve several things on my wife's computer - all within the hour he was with us.
