Introduction: As a massage therapist and body worker I am diversely educated in both technical and energetical aspects of healing. While I follow an intuitive touch, working on whatever issues present themselves during a session, I am professionally trained in massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, polarity, and (but lesser used in my massage sessions) yoga instruction. I think that presence and awareness of what is going on for a client in the current moment is what facilitates the most effective healing.
I am thoroughly fascinated by the human body, mind, and spirit. Bodywork is constant learning; every client and session is a completely unique experience. I enjoy holding space for my clients and facilitating healing.

Jenn is a gifted massage therapist. She was able to listen deeply to my body and provide a session catered specifically to my needs. She has a wide range of modalities and the combination of deep tissue, Swedish and energy work always leaves me floating on a cloud after a session. I highly recommend Jenn's work and can't wait for our next appointment!

I wanted to take a moment to recommend a local massage therapist who I saw recently. Jenn is a great bodyworker who takes the time to really feel the muscles and find the most critical areas that need work. She isn't the type of massage therapist that just rubs your muscles... she helps your body recover by really opening up tight and tense areas. Jenn takes a deeper dive and really helps her clients recover. Also, her services are mobile, and I find it much easier to relax in my own home rather than at a spa. No parking or driving involved! Check her out if your looking a massage in the area!
