From the minute I took Shannons Power Down class I knew that I wanted to spend more time in her presence. I left the class feeling so relaxed and peaceful. Her guided meditation, deep stretch and awesome hands on adjustments were just what I needed. From there, I knew I needed to work with her more and reached out to her. She spent time reviewing my goals, lifestyle and what I wanted to get out of my yoga practice. I welcomed her into my home to work with me and my partner. She was so in tune with each of our needs and helped us in a gentle way to adjust our bodies and getting into a deeper more balanced practice. After the session she followed up with a detailed email summarizing our time and providing information/links on how to continue our practice between sessions. I would HIGHLY recommend Shannon as a knowledgeable, caring and effective practitioner.

Shannon is a tremendously talented and conscientious instructor, with an effervescent and easy-going demeanor. Her teaching is comprehensive and effective: technical yet concise; intelligent yet apprehensible. She takes the time to walk the student through each posture step-by-step and her one-to-one sessions are customized to fit the the particular body-type, experience-level and long-term goals the individual student. What more can I say? Shannon is simply a joy to work with!
