Introduction: I am a Christian and Nondenominatal Minister who is the Spiritual Director of Unity of Love and Understanding in Santa Monica. I am a Spiritual Counselor and can provide Pre-marital and Post-marital counseling. I work with people of all religions providing a custom, unique and personal experience. I can meet with you to counsel and assist in planning their wedding. I can also provide other aspects to the service such as musicians and wedding coordinator. My goodness, how can I put into words my feelings on Reverend James as our Wedding Officiant? When I look back on that day, he is there smiling at me-his presence brings me peace as it always has. He is the one who before our wedding reminded me to remember to look into each other eyes and take in the moment and all its greatness. And I am so glad I did that! Reverend James was the one who counseled my husband and I before our marriage-helping us understand all that stood before us and that all we needed was love, understanding and compassion. Reverend James even found us our band-who made the day spectacular! My own father is older, from another time. Reverend James has always been there for me in a way that I really needed- a strong wise person who loved and reminded me to love as greatly as I can. Reverend Daly is a fabulous teacher and an inspired speaker. Also, he "walks the talk." He IS the message he delivers -- a message of hope and trust and seeing the best in people. In a world of worries and insecurities Reverend Daly is a beacon of not just "positive thinking" but unswerving love.

I think the service is very good and the topics are current. I would prefer that the service be an hour, some other than the minister speak too long.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on your wishes we can conference or meet in person to discuss the aspects of your wedding. I am available for pre-martial counseling if you desire. We jointly create your heart-felt and memorable ceremony. I am available for the rehearsal if you wish and look forward to assisting the day your wedding.
