- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First dog is $28 per day 8:AM-6:PM. Over night is $35 Second dog is $25 per day. Over night is $32. A dog at its home is $20 per hour $25 weekend and holidays. There they are taken care of with any instruction from their owner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to the customer about their needs and their pet's needs. I have two dogs at home so I want to be sure the visiting dogs are socialized and friendly. I don't take large/strong dogs unless I know them. Pets other than dogs I would go to the customer's home to take care of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had dogs for 15 years now and have taken them almost every day to dog parks. There I get to know owners and their dogs. I've learned a lot about dogs/breeds and their behaviors and needs. I've taken one of my dogs to puppy training class and am about to sign her up for agility classes.
