- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for regular cleanings and for more than one add-on project (e.g., interior cleaning/fridge cleaning).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After confirming the price/details, we work out a time and go over the customer's priorities. Typically, during the first appointment, I explain what kind of products I use or how I prefer to handle floor cleanings. This takes a few moments and then I get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- I spent the summers in high school cleaning rooms for the local hotel chain - In NY, while completing my doctoral education in Audiology, I worked for several customers privately as their usual home cleaner
