Ale has always been extremely professional. She establishes an easy rapport with those needing interpreting and is able to do it efficiently and nearly simultaneously, eliminating the need for too much extra time.
As a translator, she completes high-quality work in a short turnaround time.
I cannot recommend her highly enough or think of issues that Literacy Lab has had with her work that need improvement. In addition, we have valued her suggestions and contributions to our programming.
