- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects average fees for the area. We also are insured and bonded
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted, I like to meet in person to discuss details, scope of work and expected timeline. I follow up with a proposal and list of Customer expectations expressed via email, just to confirm, before the scheduled cleaning date. After the work is complete, I like to walk through with the Customer to be sure the work meets their expectations. If it is a same day request, a walk through before and after the work is done, to confirm all work is completed to the wishes of the Customer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ultimate Finish was created by helping out friends and family with move out cleaning services. I have also been referred to people when they needed a good cleaner. I take pride in providing exceptionally clean homes and love making new connections along the way.
