- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a 1 size fits all service, I have different rates I charge based on the surroundings of the pool or if there is an automatic cleaner. Some customers want chemical only service, others only want their pool vacuumed every other week, while others are looking for an all inclusive package that includes filter cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with new customers is I meet them at their home to look over the pool and equipment and find out what is important to them in a pool service. Once given the account, I then take pictures of the pool and the equipment and will measure the pool to get the total gallons of water.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed general contractor and have been in the construction business my entire life. I attend all the workshops I can get to in order to learn the newest trends, and to increase my knowledge about chemicals and water safety.
