- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $35 an hour for my time. Expenses for materials, artworks, furniture, and decor will be additional. Every receipt will be scanned and sent to the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I will meet with the client and go over color pallet, what type of design they are looking for (boho, lux, modern, artist, french etc) I will take picture of the space and measurements. I will then tally what I foresee the expenses to be and give the client a quote. At that time they will decide to hire me. Next - I will create a story board for the client showing them my vision for the room. During the room remodel their will be a daily call/email/facetime to go over what will be going on that day and the following days. I believe in communication, communication, and communication.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been designing homes for the past 13 years. I am not afraid to play with color, textiles, fabrics, and unique items.
