I joined Premier Plus in 2014. It was a very hard decision to make because I love Real Estate office, but I was ready to kick it up a notch and took the plunge, and have never looked back. The training I have received has literally tripled my business. I love all of the agents, we are all such a great team and help one another with open houses. Dawn and John are a great support system and always there to help if needed. They truly care about the welfare of their agents and our customers. I have found my forever home in this company. We had 1 office when I joined, and now we have 4!!! Dawn is passionate about her agents having the tools and knowledge necessary to be successful.
