- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
one thing that concerns me is, people believe pool maintenance/servicing is just adding chlorine, muriatic acid to water and that's it. No, there's a lot more than that, i must test water properly and figure out chemistry to properly sanitize and maintain the water to where it's sanitized and at the same time people swimming will not be harmed by over use or under use of the right chemicals. Also just an FYI, chemicals are not cheap, nor are testing reagents and instruments used for testing water, equipment etc. this year we had an 11% increase in chemical prices
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
come over analyze situation, listen to clients concerns, needs and wants. i do a thorough inspection of equipment, swimming pool, water testing and go from there. Everything is negotiable. let me know your situation, I'll work with you. i work with everyone, we all have our issues/situations. a lot of people are on fixed incomes, i understand
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have work experience, I've done all the necessary courses to maintain water in swimming pools i have the certification and training needed, I'm currently studying to get contractors licence
