FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is important to have an idea of your video marketing needs before we start a discussion. 1) What is the general purpose of the video? 2) Who is the audience? 3) What is happening in the video? 4) How many locations will there be? 5) Will you be hiring paid actors or will this be employees of your company? 6) Do you need development of a concept? 7) Do you need a script? 8) Are you looking to edit this yourself? This is the first thing I suggest as costs vary from project to project. There is no standard cost to any video project. We can, however, talk about your budget and your needs. It is possible that we can work with your budget to still fulfill your goals. Because of my in-depth industry experience, I am a very cost-efficient company to hire. I don't have to outsource for photos, videography, editing, motion graphics, photo editing or marketing specialists because I experience in each of these areas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to consult with clients on a quick phone chat to discuss goals and strategies to identify what they need. In the past, these phone calls can last up to 30 minutes to make sure we are all on the same page. I typically don't quote over the phone since I like to have everything written down to ensure I'm giving an accurate quote. I draft up estimates specific to each customer and then I email the quote to the client. From there, the client can call or email us back to confirm the work status. Once our plan is set in motion, I am always available for questions or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated Florida State University with a BA in Communications and Media Production. Since I graduated school, I worked with companies like Turner Broadcasting, Carnival Cruiselines, Kelby TV, ABC News, and Slalom Consulting. I have traveled all over the world which has opened my eyes to different cultural views and languages. I am a military spouse and proud to say since moving around the country has made me a well-rounded individual and I continue to learn the many different view points of varying demographics/audiences.
