FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $10 for a stop in. I'm there 30 minutes from arrival to departure. I freshen food and water, provide treats, a potty break and of course lots of love and play. For $15 I provided all of the afore mentioned services plus a 30 minute walk. I text the client upon arrival and give a full report on departure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do insist on a meet and greet before excepting a new client. I want to be comfortable, know what to expect and what is expected of me. I'm sure my clients both human and canine feel the same. Please keep in mind I have clients of all needs so even if you think you might need a one time stop in or only once in a while don't hesitate to request a meet. I do this because I enjoy it more than anything else.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I have no formal training I literally have a lifetime of experience. For me life just isn't complete without a furry companion and I've always had one at my side. I volunteered at my local shelter as a dog walker for several years and of course have gained even more experience over the past year meeting my clients needs.
