My realtor who I used in the SW burbs to sell my home does not work out in the areas I was now looking. He recommended the Sarah Lenord team to help me find a home in Schaumburg and surrounding suburbs. He said I will not be dispointed. He was right. Melissa Williams was assgined to me and I was very pleased, She was patient, made her self readily available when I wanted to see a home, or I may have found on the internet. She went above and beyond in getting me answers to my numerous questions. She was very proactive in making the transition run as smoothhly as possible. I would recommend her to all my firends and family if they are in the markket to buying a house in the West/ NW suburbs.

I want to thank Tori and Kristen at the Sarah Leonard team. We sold our condo in southwest Naperville in only 2 days and received full list price! They are extremely responsive, friendly, and proactive. We investigated a number of realtors before choosing Sarah Leonard team. We appreciated that Tori was energized, realistic, honest, and very detail oriented. She gave us the confidence that with the right amount of tender loving care that we could sell our place at the price we were hoping for. Also, even a week after we first talked to her, she still remembered our "one burned out light bulb" in the hallway and reminded us to replace it! This level of attention impressed us greatly.They have a network of providers that will do a great job at a reasonable cost for getting your place ready to sell. We used their preferred painter, carpet installer, carpet cleaning, window repair, and moving service. All did great work on schedule and for the right price!To top it off, our closing occurred in the middle of the pandemic when Naperville closed for business and so many other things shut down. They worked as a team, including the attorney which they recommended to us, to navigate around the challenges and we closed on schedule. Could not be happier with my experience!

There are too many wonderful things to say about Sarah and her team.. but to start I will use AMAZING! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at the Sarah Leonard Team we run on a 5% commission rate which is 2.5% to SLT and 2.5% to the buyers agent. If a member of our team sells your home then you would go to a 4% commission rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sellers: We would meet at your home and go over the current market value after reviewing we would then set up an appointment for a professional stager to come and give you tips for the best possible first impression. After we have a professional photographer come and shoot your home for your photos on the MLS and marketing. Buyer: We would begin by a phone call to get you set up in a search, by involving all of your wanted criteria for your new home. Once you find something you like, one of our buyers agents will begin taking you on tours.

I began my career in a mortgage company then moved to Real Estate as an assistant in the office and worked toward my real estate licence and have been in business for the past 12 years,
