- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$80 for basic repairs. $120 for advanced. Customer pays for hardware replacements. No markup on parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We hear what type of problems they are having with the machine asses if its fixable. If it is something we can repair we then give an estimate on cost. If the price is agreeable we then fix it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors of Science in Multimedia and Design. We have another Computer repair company in Sedona Arizona that has been running very successfully for the last 5 years.
