- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a degreed Engineer many people have asked Where does Culinary come into play? Well after I finished engineering school I stayed home to make a "home made" meal for my sons. They informed me they preferred what was in the box instead. It took a couple days to stop being mad at honest 7 year olds..... I realized that well I have been cooking since I was 9 and my mom while having one billion fantastic wonderful traits - cooking was not one of them.... So I went to culinary school and made the boys my taste testers AND much to their surprise - they liked the food (in the beginning not so much - HA). Even one of my sons is also a Chef (fantastic one too). Culinary was always a hobby for me and my 3 sons and now it is what I love to do day to day! We can either fulfill what you need at our location or come and do a custom event at your place.
