Candice did a fabulous job of identifying an investment property for us, assisted in the purchase of it and then went out of her way to help with hiring the proper resources and construction personnel to rehab the property into perfection! As if that wasn't enough she then staged the home and sold it for the highest possible price! I would rate Candice and her company a 10+ and would use her services every time. She is a true professional that goes the extra mile to make sure a project is completed in a first rate manner.

I've done many transactions with Candice Quinn at London Pierce as well as many other realtors throughout my career, and without a doubt, Candice rises to the top. She puts the needs of the client as her first priority and would never knowingly put them in a bad position. I know from personal experience she will walk away from a deal, giving up her own commission, rather than close on a sale that could hurt her client. 5 Stars!!!!!!!
