Did the inspection with 3 days left of in window. Never sent me the results until after it was too late for me to use as buyer. I had to call them and push them to finally get them sent and by then my inspection window to bring things up with seller was over.Jul 27, 2016VerifiedS Troy S.'s reply
Our apology for the dis-satisfaction with our service. We pride ourselves on quality, so this is very discouraging. We were trying to be accomodating in a short timeframe window. Three days is very short timeframe from hire to schedule, get the inspection done and prepare a 40 plus page report. If there was a way to correct this we would do so. Lesson learned is allow sufficent time from hire date to date needed. Typically there is a 10 day window.
