Introduction: In my line of business of being a personal trainer/coach its very important for me to make sure each and every client is getting the type of training they need and deserve. I genuinely care for each client and they overall goals. We always work hard , have a good time doing it and I'm always fair and honest. I enjoy the work I do because it's something that has always been a huge part of me. I played professional football and use to be 327lbs. So being able to share my story with my clients and then being able to help them with their story is the most enjoyable for me.

I've always been an athletic/ goal oriented individual, however after experiencing a serious medical condition I found it very difficult to have the confidence to get myself back into shape and push my limits in regards to effort put forth in the gym. The result was gaining 27 lbs, low self-esteem and little to no ambition when in the gym... To put it bluntly, my workouts sucked. Jeff with Get Focused Athletics introduced himself to me and continues to help me push my limits, coaches/ teaches me with proper technique, and is there for a solid support system. Over the past 5 months, I have grown in so many ways both physically in regards to muscle development and mentally with the confidence that I've gained over the time. One of the sayings that Jeff says is that "we train to be beasts not just animals" and it's completely true. His technique is down and dirty... The only way to truly train and workout to be an athlete. Jeff is extremely dedicated to his clients and is always there to help support and encourage a healthy lifestyle. I honestly don't know where I would be at if I hadn't started working out with Get Focused Athletics.

$30 per group session $70 per 1on1 session Bundle monthly packages available for both group and 1on1 sessions!!!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On our first visit we will sit down and get a feel for each other... go over injuries, goals and find out where their fitness level is at. That way I can create the right plan for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a former professional athlete who received his personal training certification in 2013.
