Introduction: I've had over 10 years working in high profile resorts and hotels and understand how to bring that high quality of food to the home for an affordable price. I'm capable of preparing many styles of cuisines, but my passion is comfort southern and southwestern inspired meals. What I enjoy most is creating a memorable experience for the guests. I've had a passion for cooking and food as long as I can remember. When I'm doing something I love everyday-I've never worked a day in my life!
