What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 3 different packages for my clients to choose from.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation to see if the potential client and myself are a good fit. I explain the coaching process, find out what they want to get when they graduate from coaching, and then go over the steps involved to get their goals accomplished.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a life learner, besides my life experiences, I hold 6 accredited certifications. I am an Internationally Certified Coach through Coach University, a member of the ICF and candidate member of the National Speaking Association. I am also a John Maxwell Certified Coach/Trainer, Relationship Coach, Divorce Coach, Grief Coach and Christian Coach.
