CK roofing was working in my neighborhood and have done a few roofs so I called the number on there yard sign because my tile roof's underlayment was 20 years old and had 2 leaks in different places on my roof. Nelson came out and right away I was impressed with his professionalism and straight forward way of explaining what he was going to do and gave me a great deal on replacing my roof's underpayment. CK's crew was amazing, they were quick and you could tell they really knew what they was doing and I was very impressed especially with the clean up and they fixed my 2 leaks. Over all I would recommend them to anyone CK Roofing and Painting was easily the best contractor I have ever used.

I had to take the time to brag about how great this company really is. With the recent storms I discovered a leak in my office ceiling and needed someone to come out and take a look at it. I was given their name by my girlfriend who had some patch work done at her house last year. I called and left a message for someone to get back to me and I got a call in under 30 minutes. I was shocked to say the least that he informed me he was close by and could be at my house within the hour. Nelson was the one who came to my house and he was very cordial and professional. He took a look at the damage of my office and said there would be no problem doing the repair but to be safe he should climb up on my roof and see what damage I may really have. About 15 minutes later my doorbell rang and he came to give me the bad news which was that I needed an entire new roof on my house.
My house is over 20 years old so I knew I was living on borrowed time but I appreciated his honesty and he could either just patch the areas needing attention which would only mask the problem or go forward and just replace the whole thing. His quote was very fair because I had done some preliminary research and look into pricing for a roof of my size. Unlike some of the huge roof companies in town he didn't put me off and say he couldn't start the job for a few weeks. I accepted his bid, sign the contract and his guys were at my house within 48 hours. My house is just under 1700 square feet they were here and finished with the entire job in under 3 days. I could not be more pleased with the results or the value he and his company provided. I highly recommend CK Painting and Roofing to anyone I know looking for roof work or interior exterior paint jobs.
