I have been working with Alex for some time now, and been in the restaurant industry for many years. I can honestly say you will not find someone better. So many of these services only cater to what the individual does best, and the great thing about Alex is he does everything at a 5 star quality.
Are you worried about your dietary needs? I have had an extreme allergy to dairy all my life, he is amazing meeting your needs! He can cook every style from vegan to steaks, classically to more mondern... and you will be blown away.
