- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a complimentary 30 minute introductory call. This is a time for me to listen and answer your questions. I encourage you to be honest and open to possibilities. My regular Coaching sessions are 1 hour and my fee is $100/hr. The maximum session length is 1 1/2 hours ($140) unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Frequency of when I meet my clients is based on their individual needs. I do offer Coaching packages (minimum 3 sessions). For many of my clients this level of commitment gives them the accountability they need to continue to grow and thrive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make a connection during a complimentary 30 minute introductory call and identify areas of your life you want to coach around in your session. We schedule your session and confirm whether it will be face-to-face in my Scottsdale office, traditional phone call, Facetime, or Zoom virtual session. To keep your sessions clear of distractions and delays I require the coaching fee is paid at least 24 hours in advance of each session. Doing this allows you to focus on the coaching process. I will send you a PayPal link. The Client Information Form and the Coaching Agreement will be sent to you. Both forms need to be filled out and returned to me prior to your session start time. Before our session, I'll center myself, become aware of my intuition and focus on you. The first moments of our session I'll hold space while you focus and center yourself. Upon the session ending, I'm available to book your next session or a package to ensure you don't lose any momentum with the powerful work you've already done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Certified Life Coach and have successfully completed a 100 hour Coaching Program with Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe AZ, an accredited college. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work Degree and Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Arizona State University. I'm a Licensed Arizona Residential Real Estate Professional. For over 25 years I've been helping people find a safe place to reflect, find solutions and set in motion forward steps to a balanced, peaceful and successful life.
