- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am medially priced, I will give the carpet the extra attention it deserves so there is no callbacks. If we set up a quarterly, bi-monthly, monthly, or even a bi-yearly service discounts do become a factor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Briefly get to know the client on a personal basis, I'm here for the long run and want to be the go to carpet cleaner in the area, so getting to know the clients is a major key for me. Go over the history of the carpet, find out exactly whats in it. Execute the clean! Then follow up in a week to assure the client is happy with the services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Growing up watching my dad run his own business I saw the respect and demeanor he brought to his employees. He is a great leader, and I implement those values into my cleaning, and the relationships I build.
