- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not the lowest. However you should be able to tell that from our dedication and years of experience. In the end, that always saves our clients money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to visit our customers and provide a free quote, however if we need to diagnose a problem, then we need to charge a call out fee. However, we always include that fee back into the cost of any repairs needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CPO - Certified Pool Operator. This is not a requirement for residential pool service however our techs do have this certification and can work in commercial environments, therefore practicing the highest standards in the industry.
